Progressed from Facilities Maintenance Engineer to Managing Director, with deep expertise in contract management, commercial negotiation, and contract award.
A time-served Project Manager with experience delivering projects from minor works through to major construction programmes. Proven leader of high-performing teams across rail, MOD sites, highways, and port environments, operating safely and effectively in complex, regulated sectors.

David Bellamy
With over 25 years’ experience in the railway and construction sector, Dave brings a strong practical background in civil engineering and live railway environments. Since starting their career in 1999, he has consistently invested in professional development, building a broad range of industry, safety, and management qualifications, including SMSTS, IOSH, NPORS, Agile Project Management (Foundation), and Scrum Master Certification.

Richard Beechey
Rich has worked in the construction industry since 1987, bringing over three decades of hands-on experience across a wide range of projects. He has a strong interest in plumbing and carpentry and is known for a practical, quality-focused approach to his work. Rich has been part of the Jakebe team for nearly three years, supporting the delivery of projects across the business.
Throughout his career, Rich has continued to develop his skills and qualifications. He holds a Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Wood Occupations, along with qualifications in kitchen fitting and installing fitted furniture in the workplace. Most recently, he has achieved certification in fire door installation, further strengthening his technical capability and commitment to high standards of workmanship.
Jacob Evans

Jacob Evans
Jacob holds SSSTS, CSCS, and PTS, along with NPORS Dumper, 360, and Roller tickets, and Basic First Aid. He has been working with Adam for approximately two years, reflecting his experience within the railway and construction industry to date.
During this time, Jacob has gained practical, site-based experience across a range of projects, working in live environments and supporting safe, efficient delivery. He is keen to continue developing his skills and aim to work towards a recognised trade qualification, with a particular interest in carpentry or plumbing, to support long-term progression within the industry.

Katie Evans-Jones
Katie is the Marketing and Administration Assistant at Jakebe, supporting the day-to-day running of the business across marketing, communications, and office administration. Her role includes content creation, social media management, internal communications, and providing administrative support to ensure projects and operations run efficiently.
She recently graduated from Kingston University with a First-Class degree in Media and Communications, bringing a strong understanding of digital media, branding, and strategic communication to support the business.
